Changing or cancelling an order

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Those That Know as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will do our best to help if the order has not been dispatched, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Changing a delivery address

Send the full correct address, including postcode and country. For security, we may need to verify the request before changing the order.

Changing an item or size

Tell us the product, colour and size you ordered and what you would like instead. Any change depends on stock availability and may require an additional payment or refund.

After dispatch

An order cannot usually be changed after dispatch. Use the tracking information provided and contact us if there is a delivery problem.
