Dispatch

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours or two working days and normally ship three or four times each week. As a small, two-person operation, dispatch can occasionally take a little longer. Urgent dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

Prices and delivery estimates

Tracked shipping starts at £6 within the UK, £15 to Europe and £15 to the rest of the world. The exact price depends on destination and parcel weight and is shown at checkout.

After dispatch, the estimate is 2–3 working days within the UK, 3–5 working days to Europe and 6–7 working days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guarantees.

We normally use Royal Mail Tracked 48 in the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked overseas. UPS, FedEx, DHL or another tracked carrier may be used for higher-value or heavier orders, destination requirements or previous delivery issues.

Tracking and delays

Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Ask the customer to check spam and confirm the email address on the order. If tracking has stopped or a parcel is late, request the order number and delivery postcode.
