International delivery

TTK ships worldwide from the UK, normally with Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping starts at £15 to Europe and £15 to the rest of the world; the exact price is calculated by destination and parcel weight at checkout.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–5 working days to Europe and 6–7 working days elsewhere. These estimates are not guarantees.

European Union and United States

Applicable duties and taxes are included for orders sent to the EU and United States. The checkout amount is the amount paid to TTK and the customer should not receive an additional duty or tax bill on delivery.

Other destinations

For destinations outside the UK, EU and United States, local customs duties, taxes or handling charges may apply. These are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

If an EU or US customer receives an unexpected charge, ask them not to pay it immediately and to send the order number and a copy of the request so TTK can investigate.
