Payment methods
Those That Know accepts major cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal. The website also lists instalment options through Clearpay and PayPal Pay in 3, subject to each provider's terms and approval.
Checkout problems
If payment or checkout fails:
- Check that the billing address matches your payment method.
- Recheck the card details and available funds.
- Try another supported payment method or browser.
- Do not repeatedly submit payment if you can see a pending charge.
If you are unsure whether an order was created, check for the confirmation email and your spam folder before trying again.
Contacting Those That Know
Email sales@thosethatknow.co.uk. For an existing order, include the order number. For a product question, include the product name or link, size and any relevant measurements. For damage or faults, include clear photographs.
TTK does not publish a guaranteed response time, so no specific reply time is promised.
