Pre-orders, restocks and sold-out products

Sold-out products and waitlists

When a restock is possible, the product page normally shows a waitlist form. Joining registers interest and sends an email if stock returns; it does not reserve stock or guarantee a restock.

Pre-order payments

The individual product page states whether a pre-order is paid in full or uses a deposit, typically around 30%. For a deposit order, TTK requests the balance when the item is ready to ship. Payment is due within seven days.

A pre-order may be cancelled for a refund until the final-balance request is issued. If the balance is simply not paid by the deadline without an agreed cancellation, the order is cancelled and the deposit is not refunded. Customers should contact TTK before the deadline if they need help.

Dates and delays

Arrival dates are manufacturer-led estimates and are not guaranteed. If there is a significant delay, the customer may cancel for a refund.

Mixed orders

If an order contains pre-order and in-stock items, TTK normally holds the available items and sends everything together when the pre-order is ready. Recommend placing two separate orders if the customer wants in-stock items dispatched immediately.

Current product details always take priority.
