Follow the product instructions
Care requirements vary by fabric, construction and finish. Always follow the care information on the individual product page and the garment label. Product-specific instructions take priority over general advice.
If an item has unusual materials, specialist construction or a vintage/deadstock finish, contact us before washing when you are unsure.
Before washing
- Empty pockets and fasten suitable buttons or zips.
- Separate colours where appropriate.
- Avoid bleach or high heat unless the product instructions specifically allow it.
- Reshape garments while damp when recommended.
RoToTo socks
The RoToTo guide includes model-specific sizing and care. It generally recommends a 30°C normal or gentle wash, hanging or laying flat to dry, and avoiding high tumble-dryer heat. Check the product page because some styles have additional instructions.
